The team operates with a collaborative culture, a commitment to responsible investing, and a focus on generating measurable long term value.Job DescriptionThe firm is seeking an Investment Director - Europe to support the expansion of one of its flagships real asset investment platforms and to lead end to end acquisition, analysis and management of new opportunities across the region. The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross functional finance and legal teams while also contributing to strategy, market development, and investor engagement. It combines transaction delivery with business development responsibilities and offers the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing investment vertical.The role can be based anywhere within mainland Europe. -----Key ResponsibilitiesLead the sourcing and assessment of new real‑asset investment opportunities across Europe.Build business cases, conduct financial modelling, and support the development of analytical tools used in the investment process.Coordinate and oversee all stages of due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation.Produce investment papers, summaries, research materials, and presentations for internal committees and investors.Contribute to market research, regulatory assessments, and thematic analysis relevant to the platform's strategy.Develop a broad network of industry stakeholders across Europe, including institutional partners, public‑sector contacts, and relevant ecosystem actors.Build strong expertise in local regulatory, fiscal, and policy considerations within key target regions.Contribute to thematic strategy development and the identification of new adjacencies and opportunities.Support investor relations activities, including presentations, research, data-room preparation, and thought‑leadership outputs.Represent the platform at internal, investor, and industry events.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related discipline.
