Job Description



Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and evolve the brand vision and positioning across all markets.
  • Lead brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, PR, and partnerships.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team.



Campaigns & Creative

  • Deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive consumer demand and strengthen brand equity.
  • Oversee creative development, seasonal stories, product launches, and packaging.



Digital & Ecommerce Growth

  • Accelerate digital-first strategies to optimise paid/owned channels.
  • Drive performance marketing, CRM, and content strategies to grow DTC sales.
  • Enhance the customer journey and digital experiences.



Consumer Insights & Innovation

  • Leverage data and market insight to inform product development, brand evolution, and category growth.
  • Champion consumer-first thinking across the organisation.
  • Commercial & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI delivery.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience within consumer goods, home & lifestyle, retail, or premium brands.

    Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including ecommerce, retail, and global markets.

    Experience building high-performing creative teams and managing external agencies.

    A blend of commercial acumen, creativity, and strategic thinking.

    Excellent communication skills and stakeholder leadership ability.
