Job Description

  • Be a trusted strategic finance partner to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights that shape market strategy, investment decisions, and long-term growth across Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Own end-to-end financial planning and performance management, including forecasting, annual operating plans, and cash flow optimization to support a fast-moving, growth agenda.
  • Lead financial reporting, statutory compliance, and balance sheet governance, ensuring strong US GAAP discipline, tax compliance, and high confidence from global stakeholders.
  • Set the standard for controls, risk management, and governance, partnering with internal and external auditors to maintain robust systems, safeguard assets, and protect enterprise value.
  • Drive finance transformation and systems excellence, playing a pivotal role in SAP implementation, future upgrades, and the financial setup of a newly launched manufacturing plant.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team, developing talent, elevating business acumen across functions, and embedding a culture of accountability and ownership.



The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within large multinational or FMCG environments, giving you exposure to complex, high-volume operations and regional decision-making.
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, where your judgment directly shapes financial integrity and stakeholder confidence.
  • Audit background from a Big 4 firm or a strong internal audit function, equipping you with a sharp risk lens and best-practice governance mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and enterprise risk management, enabling you to drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and support scalable growth.
  • A proven leadership track record managing diverse, multi-market teams, with the ability to align finance partners across geographies and cultures.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) as a foundation for credibility at senior leadership and board level.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, allowing you to partner effectively with commercial, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping a clear strategic view.
