Claudia joined the Page Executive Spain team in 2023 as a Senior Researcher Associate for the areas of Retail, Fashion & Hospitality. She started her professional career working as a Consultant in a well-known headhunting and consulting firm in Barcelona, specialising in the search and selection of middle and top management roles for various sectors.

Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management  from Abat Oliba CEU, and a Masters in Digital Talent Management from Nuclio Business School.
