Marisol brings 35 years of professional experience in leading finance, controllership, treasury, credit and collection, audit, procurement, tax, and legal functions. She also possesses extensive knowledge and experience in operations, logistics, and human resources.

In 2015, she served as Interim General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Chile and Regional Americas Controller. During this period, she led all business units, maintaining morale and motivation through a challenging organisational restructuring process while ensuring team effectiveness and coordination to achieve corporate objectives. As Regional Americas Controller, she provided support and leadership for the company's organisational restructuring and improved processes to ensure efficiencies.

Previously, Marisol was the Controller and Legal Representative of Hewlett-Packard Chile for 15 years, the Finance and Administration Manager of Compaq Computer Chile for 5 years, and an Audit Manager at PwC for 15 years. 

Currently, Marisol works as Principal at Page Executive, specializing in Finance Leadership, General Management, and Board Members. As a functional finance specialist, she works across industry and banking sectors.
