Page Executive continues to deepen its partnership with Generation, the global nonprofit focused on preparing, placing and supporting adults into rewarding careers through free skills training and direct employment pathways.
Now operating across 17 countries and serving more than 150,000 graduates, Generation has demonstrated consistent, measurable outcomes, including an 83% job placement rate within six months.
In line with the wider PageGroup’s social impact commitments, Page Executive has provided pro-bono support for Board member recruitment in Latam, resulting in new Board members for Generation in Brazil, Chile and Mexico. These appointments strengthen governance and strategic oversight across its Latin American operations, while bringing experienced senior leadership talent into the organisation at a critical level.
The addition of Board-level expertise supports Generation in deepening employer relationships, scaling its training programmes and advancing its mission to improve economic mobility across the region.
Led by Humberto Wahrhaftig (Senior Partner) and Macarena Azu Gaete (Associate Partner), this work reflects Page Executive’s core expertise in senior leadership and C-suite search and its commitment to supporting organisations working at the intersection of senior talent and social impact. It also highlights the role that effective governance plays in enabling organisations like Generation to grow with discipline and clarity of purpose.
Page Executive remains committed to contributing its expertise to initiatives that drive long-term change, and to supporting leadership that expands access to meaningful career opportunities across LATAM and beyond.
PageGroup and Generation´s partnership began in Q3 2024 with an eight country pilot in which 97 PageGroup volunteers dedicated more than 150 hours to support over 600+ learners and graduates through mock interviews, mentoring and in class sessions.
