About Our Client

We are conducting an executive search for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on behalf of our client - a rapidly growing, diversified organization with complex holding structure. We are seeking an experienced commercial leader responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, but what is more important to prepare processes and procedures for whole company, driving sustainable growth, and developing strong client relationships. The role combines strategic leadership with team development and a strong focus on delivering commercial results through unification of the sales strategy and process in line with business objectives.

We are open to candidates based across Poland.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing a commercial strategy aligned with the organization's global vision and objectives, focused on sustainable growth.
  • Defining commercial policy and setting sales targets (revenue and margin).
  • Managing acquisition, retention, and development of key client relationships.
  • Driving the development of customer-centric processes, procedures, digital, and product solutions.
  • Designing, optimizing, and standardizing commercial processes and internal procedures across the organization.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing commercial teams across the organization.
  • Building a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Closely cooperating with the Management Board in strategic commercial decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree (preferably in Economics or a related field).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong commercial and financial expertise.
  • Experience in b2b, public procurement (public tenders) and b2c sector.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and high ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Experience in board-level cooperation will be considered an additional asset.
  • Experience as Chief Operating Officer in compex companies can be an additional asset.
