Job Description

  • Product Strategy & Portfolio Management - Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities across Fraud, Credit Risk, Consumer Interactive, and Marketing Solutions to drive business growth and align with corporate objectives.
  • Product Development & Innovation - Lead the development, launch, and enhancement of products, ensuring innovation in fraud prevention, identity, authentication, device risk, and credit decisioning solutions.
  • Commercial Performance & Pricing - Own product revenue, profitability, pricing, adoption, market penetration, and ROI through data-driven performance management.
  • Governance & Operational Excellence - Establish product governance, KPIs, operating models, and scalable processes to improve execution, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Global Standardization & Local Execution - Implement global product frameworks locally while providing market insights and feedback to improve global scalability and effectiveness.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships - Leverage customer, market, competitive, and regulatory insights to optimize products and build strategic partnerships that support growth and innovation.
  • Leadership & Resource Management - Build and develop high-performing teams while overseeing workforce planning, succession, budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director Product should have:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and bridge communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and product decisions.
  • Strong product experience across multiple domains such as Fraud, Credit Risk, Consumer Interactive, or Marketing Solutions, with a proven track record in driving product strategy and commercialization
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally, supported by strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in information solutions, software development, or the consumer credit / financial services industry is highly advantageous.
