Job Description

Strategic Finance Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary financial advisor and co-pilot to the regional executive, shaping business strategy, growth priorities, and resource allocation
  • Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Provide real-time financial insights and decision support on key business challenges, investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure financial considerations are embedded in all major decisions, constructively challenging assumptions to drive disciplined, profitable growth



Growth, Commercial Finance & Market Expansion

  • Support expansion into new markets, channels, and customer segments through robust financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Develop financial frameworks for new product launches, go-to-market strategies, pricing architecture, and promotional ROI
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing, customer profitability, and commercial decision-making
  • Drive portfolio, channel, and customer profitability, optimizing resource allocation based on risk-adjusted returns
  • Monitor performance trends and deliver actionable, executive-level insights



Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics

  • Own and maintain integrated financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring a single source of truth
  • Provide analytical support for capital allocation, strategic initiatives, and business performance improvement
  • Analyze channel, product, and customer mix to inform decision-making
  • Lead working capital optimization across inventory, receivables, and payables



Operations Finance & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to drive cost efficiency, productivity, and margin improvement
  • Enhance visibility into product-, channel-, and customer-level profitability
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with rigorous financial tracking and validation



Team Leadership & Governance

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team
  • Evolve the finance function into an insight-driven, commercially focused business partner
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls, governance, and compliance standards
  • Serve as the key liaison between regional and global finance teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Significant experience in consumer-driven industries (e.g., FMCG, CPG, retail, or similar)
  • Track record of supporting regional or multi-country P&L ownership
  • Experience partnering closely with senior commercial or business leaders
  • Background in transformation, growth, or market expansion environments
