Following recent political, technological and economic challenges, we surveyed senior resourcing and HR professionals across a wide number of sectors to find out whether they felt that external factors impacted their organisation’s ability to hire, and retain the right staff.

Our research revealed many interesting findings– most importantly that 90% of respondents felt factors such as candidate suitability were more of a challenge than external factors such as Brexit.
