Asma Youssef

Asma focuses on C-Level and Executive hiring across the region, predominately in the Banking, Investment , Real estate , Government entities and Finance sectors. Having graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, a Master Degree in Human Resources and CIPD level 5 Diploma, Asma has been working in Banking & Finance since she started her career with Barclays Bank in 2009. 

In 2012 where she acquired both agency and in-house recruitment experience working with local and international staffing firms and heading recruitment with one of the local banks in UAE.

Asma has a great track record in hiring senior level appointments across GCC & MENA regions for local /international banks and financial institutions. She understands the client’s need and finds talent solutions tailored as per the business requirements.
