With 16 years of experience working in biotech, pharmaceuticals and medical devices companies, Maya had already gained extensive knowledge of what the industry had — and what it needed — before she made the jump to executive search. She has since been making a name for herself throughout Switzerland and joined Page Executive in November 2022, inspired by the commitment to value-driven practices and dynamic, dedicated culture.

Despite her vast experience and stellar track record, Maya sees every day as a chance to improve her executive search acumen.
