Oliver Buga

Oliver is an Associate Partner at our Eastern European desk based in Vienna, Austria. He brings over twenty years of consulting experience across CEE and EMEA markets to Page Executive.

His diverse background in executive search and assessment within different markets and industries enables him to work for a broad range of clients from small and medium sized organisations to global corporates internationally across varied disciplines.

Oliver works alongside proactive colleagues on a Group level internationally who exchange ideas, best practices and their network to keep standards a cut above the rest. His focus is primarily on industrial & manufacturing, energy, consumer and retail sectors, but he can just as easily apply his vast experience, network and versatility to deliver exceptional candidates in other industry segments.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Oliver worked for a number of renowned global executive search and advisory firms, with responsibility for C-level international cross-border searches ranging from local conglomerates to large multinationals.

Naturally a people person, Oliver brings a human touch to his methodical executive searches. He’s keen to fully understand his clients’ ambition and direction before embarking on his missions with a target-driven fervour.

Oliver is native Hungarian with fluent English and intermediate German. He holds a BA degree in Tourism and Management from ITM Krems Austria.
