Ryan Cooke is a Page Executive Partner who works with a broad range of UK companies to find CFO and senior financial candidates that can transform organisations. 

Having always been fascinated with understanding people and supporting them to better themselves, recruitment comes rather naturally to Ryan. Starting in early 2014, he made a mark early in his career by becoming PageGroup’s youngest Director at 25 and reaching Operating Director at 27. He has managed practices as diverse as Legal, Marketing, Sales, HR and Life Sciences, as well as his specialism, Finance. 

After deepening his market knowledge, honing his recruitment skills and consolidating his network, Ryan became a Partner at Page Executive and epitomises the personal, trusting relationships we strive for. He thrives in the freedom he is given and the ability to come up with unique solutions for niche briefs. Ryan’s commitment to his client's success is mirrored by his investment in candidates. An LGBTQ+ ally and a champion of DE&I, he brings a solid set of ethics to the table and combines them into his executive search assignments. 

Due to his commitment and reliable success rate, many of Ryan’s clients are those he has previously worked with on middle management searches. As organisations take the next step, he guides them through the executive market with a transparent, direct and solutions-led approach. Ryan doesn’t limit himself to a headhunting role, instead applying his experience in organisational restructuring as a strategic partner to clients.

Outside of executive search, Ryan is a keen basketball and football player who values nothing more than spending time with his family.
