During a recruitment career that began in 1999, Donna has built an outstanding reputation, leading operational teams across finance, legal, marketing and HR functions. Her understanding of diverse sectors and organisational dynamics means she can apply her skills to any assignment and spot innovative connections where others see empty space. It’s no surprise, therefore, that Donna has a glittering track record of placements for both small, fast-growing companies and larger established, international businesses.

After a two-decade stint in leadership roles, Donna transitioned to Page Executive to focus on her personal brand and quickly made a profound impact. Aside from her roles as a Senior Partner leading the Technology team across Europe, and her global functional remit for the CIO Practice, Donna is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion in the company. It’s this multifaceted nature of the role that fuels Donna’s passion — making small tweaks that result in transformative changes for her clients and teams. As a case in point, Donna attended Cranfield School of Management's residential NED programme to get deeper insights into the role of a board advisor.

Donna’s natural flair for leadership and development is evident through her work in the community. She raises money for local charities and her son’s school through the parent-teacher association as well as mentoring women in technology search. In her downtime, Donna is likely to be travelling with her husband and son or indulging in her not-so-secret passion for F1 and Welsh Rugby.
