Ulrich Heßberger

The essence of my job brings together three of my greatest passions: Building relationships, growing networks and shaping organisations.

Ulrich Heßberger is an Associate Partner who places senior executives and board members who specialise in areas such as engineering, sales, marketing and supply chain.

With extensive prior experience in sales management across insurance and retail, Ulrich transitioned his well-honed people skills to the recruitment game in 2016. He hit the ground running, climbing through seniority levels while handling assignments within the automotive, electronics, sales and marketing practices. 

At Page Executive since January 2024, Ulrich is further stamping his authority in his specialist industries, concentrating on senior positions with a technical focus. He’s also an active player behind the scenes, getting involved in projects helping disadvantaged young people and taking on speaker roles for campaigns and events. 

Ulrich’s track record boasts an impressive mix of quality and quantity but he never loses sight of the importance of relationship building — a trait that often leads to repeat business. He thrives in the autonomy of his role, and loves getting to the essence of an organisation’s needs before embarking on his search. This invariably leads to high-quality shortlists and companies agreeing with Ulrich’s first-choice candidate. As well as his stellar network and excellent industry knowledge, it is his honesty, positivity and passion that leave a lasting memory for his past clients. 

Ulrich takes sports seriously, and when he leaves the office, you can usually find him out running or on the golf course. Weekends are for mini trips with his two daughters and his wife before winding down by cooking both traditional and adventurous dishes for the family.
