The CFO is accountable for overseeing all financial operations within the organisation. This includes monitoring cash flow, assessing financial strengths and weaknesses and managing the overall financial performance. You will ensure the development and execution of effective financial management, accounting, procurement, provisioning and internal control systems and processes for the department, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is entrusted with delivering strategic financial leadership and overseeing the operational management of finance teams across multiple African regions, including South Africa and West Africa. Rattaché au Directeur Général et au CFO Groupe, vous prenez la tête d'une large équipe Comptables et financière. Vous garantissez la conformité du traitement des comptabilités, le pilotage des investissement et des flux financiers.

Le Directeur Administratif & Financier Régional est le garant de la bonne tenue des comptes, des systèmes d'information et des déclarations envers les autorités administratives pour l'ensemble de la zone. A ce titre, il lui revient de faire appliquer toutes les directives du siège ainsi que toutes les lois et réglementations du pays afférentes à ses fonctions, en collaboration avec les équipes de chaque pays.

Dans un contexte d'expansion et de montée en puissance de ses fonctions de contrôle, le Groupe recrute un Directeur de l'Audit Interne pour piloter l'ensemble des audits sur ses activités critiques et en assurer la rigueur d'exécution.

This position plays a vital role within the Finance Operations function across the EMEA region, with a particular emphasis on supporting local market needs and fostering collaboration throughout the broader area. The role involves overseeing the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle and ensuring Finance Operations are actively engaged in major business, product, and sales projects to promote operational efficiency and maintain accurate financial reporting.

The Marketing and Communications Director will lead the strategic development and implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
