Newly created opportunity in a buy side company with investment portfolio including public markets, credit and alternatives strategies

Lead the strategic development, execution, and growth of stablecoin products within a Web3 company, with a strong focus on compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement, particularly with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). This role requires deep expertise in stablecoin ecosystems, blockchain technology, and proven experience working closely with HKMA or understanding its consultation paper on stablecoins.

• Track record in Greater China, Japan, Korea, Australia and South East Asia
• Good track record of private credit and public credit
• Cover multiple industry with solid APAC exposure

• A top-tier global Insurance-backed asset management firm in Hong Kong
• Steadily expanding in APAC region

• Day-to-day operations for ETF, SFC authorised funds (equity and bond), UCITS (equity and bond) and special account (loan and swap)
• Review cash and stock reconciliation
• Review fund and account valuation

• Manage US domiciled funds and HK entities
• Responsible for accounting and reconciliation of Group and offshore entities
• Experience in Private Equity and Fund Finance is a must

- Familiar with Sales Strategy and Business Growth

- Solid knowledge on commodity business including physical and paper trading

• Conduct Investment Analysis and Due Diligence
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for real estate and infrastructure investments.
