As a Commercial Director your missions will be focused on :
Lead a commercial team of 15 persons
Define the strategy and the action plan for the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients.
Defin objectives, follow-up the performance and ensure the complete recruitment cycle.
Run the operational activities for the different sales channels including the implementation of a performance mindset and a spirit of operational excellence.
