Margarita Maldonado

Margarita is a Psychologist specialized in Human Resources and certfied coach.  Has 15 years of experience leading projects related with executive search and talent development.  Since 2016, was in charge of the design of different services for Page Group such as Assessment Center and Outplacement, consolidating Page Assessment in Colombia. At the moment is responsible for the design and development of several talent consultancy services such as Assessment and Development Center, Outplacement, Leadership Development Center, Training and Board Evaluation, building a strong and experienced team of consultants for each line.
