Çağlar Eyüboğlu is an accomplished and highly motivated Page Executive Partner specialising in the Turkish, Greek and Israeli markets. 

Starting his recruitment journey as far back as 2012, Çağlar joined Page Executive as an Associate Partner at the start of 2021 before becoming a full Partner in the summer of 2022. With copious amounts of experience spanning technology, healthcare and life sciences, engineering and supply chain, manufacturing, Çağlar is never afraid to take on a challenge, and has accelerated his professional trajectory as a result. 

He relishes in the freedom afforded to him in his current role, and has the experience and attitude to flourish. However, at the same time, Çağlar draws on the perspectives and case studies of his colleagues to constantly improve in his role. His passion runs deep, and he always follows up on how the candidates he has placed have adapted and performed in their new organisation.

Çağlar’s approach is essentially process driven, diligently vetting every profile to make sure they tick all the boxes of the assignment (and often much more). His process is in constant evolution as Çağlar learns from every experience, adapting his strategy and best practices to his ever-evolving industries.

Active at work and active at play, Çağlar is into his adventure sports such as skiing and hiking. And although he is partial to a chilled night watching a film or testing his brain with a puzzle, he lets off steam watching his beloved Beşiktaş football club.
