Adela Villaverde

With a degree in psychology and a master’s in human resources, Adela Villaverde had all the ingredients for executive search from very early in her career. Since then, it’s been onwards and upwards, leading HR departments in a range of industries before directing her comprehensive skill set towards recruitment. 

Adela joined Page Executive in April 2022, attracted by the commitment to setting new goals to match the rapid flux of her specialist industries. As a Partner based in Spain, she's made her mark, excelling in recruiting for engineering and manufacturing businesses as well as human resources companies of all sizes. 

With her HR background, she has an intricate knowledge of how organisations recruit from the inside, so it’s no surprise that past clients praise her acute understanding of their needs. Adela sees each new executive search project as an opportunity to create a connection with an organisation and add to her already extensive knowledge and network. Learning from every assignment helps her build synergies across industries and recognise the potential of profiles beyond the obvious choices.
