Throughout a recruitment career that began in 2006, Macarena has soaked up valuable insights and experience that form the foundation of her success today. She has worn numerous hats, from consultant to leadership roles across engineering, manufacturing, construction, sales and marketing. Capitalising on her past knowledge, Macarena currently caters to companies in the industrial and technology spaces, from innovative startups to well-established multinationals.

At Page Executive since June 2022, Macarena now plays a strategic role, working with her clients on their short and long-term organisational goals. Thanks to her extensive experience in multinational consulting, she adeptly balances the needs and nuances of the local Chilean market with global best practices.
