Montse Pons serves as an Associate Partner at Page Executive, specialising in sourcing senior and C-level management profiles for the retail and hospitality sectors in Spain.

With a BA in Fashion Management and experience as an Area Manager for two major fashion retailers, Montse brought valuable industry insight to the recruitment arena when she switched her career path in 2014. Starting in retail, she gradually expanded her reach into hospitality, climbing the ranks from consultancy roles to management positions in the process.

Montse joined Page Executive at the beginning of 2023, bringing a wealth of industry experience and an extensive network of key players in retail and hospitality. More than just making successful hires, she thrives on being a connector, bridging the gap between organisations and the transformative talent they need to flourish. Far from being a mere headhunter, Montse is a strategic partner who refines executive search missions and inspires confidence in the companies she works with.

As active in her personal life as she is in executive search, Montse is an avid cyclist, skier, hiker and diver. She has an affinity for exploring Nordic cities and exotic new destinations but loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family.
