After completing her degree in International Business, Tania began her career in Digital Sales at a major Telecommunications company. Her role took her to South America, where she gained valuable international experience. In 2017, Tania joined PageGroup as an Information Technology (IT) recruitment consultant. By 2018, she had successfully built and developed a team dedicated to talent acquisition in Digital Sales, showcasing her leadership and strategic abilities.

In 2021, she transitioned back to Information Technology (IT), establishing and leading a team responsible for developing business in the Berlin and East German markets.

Tania joined Page Executive in 2024, focusing on recruiting executive roles for Information Technology (IT) – such as Data, AI and Cyber Security; General Management; Managing Directors (MD) and Digital Sales. Her extensive network, expertise and deep market knowledge enable her to identify and recruit key leaders who drive technological trends and change.
