Tobias is among our fastest-moving, yet detail driven, Associate Partners based in Austria. After his studies in International Business, Tobias moved directly into a Store Manager role — an early sign of his ambition. Upon shifting focus to recruitment in 2011, he took that same ambition and quickly developed an impressive executive search acumen. He has since made a name for himself as a specialist in financial services as well as technology, media and telecoms, but he easily transfers his tenacious attitude and thirst for knowledge to other industries. 

He joined Page Executive in May 2022 with a level of professionalism that puts his excellent track record into context. Tobias has sought out profiles as diverse as Head of Corporate IT, Client Digital Transformation Advisor (CTO), and Head of Partnerships EMEA, seeing every new search as a chance to broaden his considerable skill set. He is known for speed in what he does, but never falls into the trap of a rushed job. Instead, he takes a meticulous approach to his brief and always aims to deliver above and beyond what is expected.

Tobias’ career goal is to become the obvious choice to help Austrian companies in their executive search, and he has been taking all the right steps to get there. With excellent relationships among his ever-growing network, he is always on the lookout for the next transformative profile. His drives to become a reference in recruitment and to make meaningful change in companies are one and the same — a recipe for continued success in his career. 

Never one to mindlessly follow the beaten path, Tobias reflects the diversity of his work outside the office too. He loves playing basketball and getting out on the river in his canoe, but is equally at home in the studio honing his music production craft.
