Florian Mutschler is our Principal for Technology in Switzerland, bringing his ample executive search experience to the leading edge of the tech industry. He started his recruitment career specialising in SAP positions in Germany. In the years since, he has gathered experience working in Switzerland, the USA, and the Netherlands. 

Florian stays ahead of trends in the digital sphere as well as in IT management and C-level leadership. He has become an expert in cyber security, program management, the cloud journey and the latest crossover skills needed for innovative, relevant tech leaders. Florian became our Principal in the Technology industry for Switzerland in January 2021. 

His ultimate goal with Page Executive is to be the first choice for digital management roles not only in Swiss tech companies, but businesses from all sectors who need tech-minded change makers. Florian already has led successful tech recruitment projects for clients ranging from SMEs to leading global enterprises. Florian’s focus is on senior positions, encompassing managing directors and CIOs, but also more specialist roles such as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Florian is deliberate and diligent in his working style. His past clients frequently highlight his speed and efficiency in finding top talent, as well as his open communication throughout the process. 

Based in Zurich, but often found in Swiss Romandy, Florian enjoys good food paired with a good wine. But to work that off, he often takes to the mountains on his bike where he can enjoy the unrivalled Swiss landscape.
