Michelle Kil is an Associate Partner at Page Executive, focused on finding leading financial executives for organisations of all sizes in the Netherlands. In the recruitment industry since 2012, she has been specifically focusing on financial and controlling positions, resulting in a formidable network within her niche. As she rose through the ranks of consultancy roles, she made a concerted effort to absorb the skills, experience, and confidence to take the leap to the next level.

It was with that mindset that Michelle joined Page Executive in January 2023, eager to expand her network and engage with senior clients and candidates. She hasn’t lost the high expectations of herself and thrives in Page Executive’s collaborative, engaging team culture that spans specialisations and offices. 

Michelle identifies three key elements behind her motivation. A natural people person, she loves changing lives and exceeding expectations. Additionally, her high standards make her focused on achieving (and surpassing) goals in all areas of life. Finally, she gets a real sense of fulfilment in gaining new insights and perspectives from clients, candidates, and colleagues. This three-pronged passion is clear to see, and she is known for her excellent understanding of the market, service-oriented nature and trustworthiness.

Michelle loves spending her free time outdoors with her husband, Guus, and rescue dog, Roos. She would also admit to having caught the CrossFit bug, and loves the physical and mental benefits it brings. But her not-so-secret passion for food, wine and travelling is inspired by her academic background in international hotel management.
